Do I need Xello access to join the event? How do I get access?

- Existing Xello access is required to attend the event.
- If you are not a current client and want to learn more, please contact us here.
How many of us should attend?

- Typically, a district will send 2-4 attendees
- But that really depends on the size of your district, your leadership team, and the scope of your Xello implementation. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs if you are unsure - we are happy to help and look forward to seeing you at the event!
Can I register in person at the event?

The event has limited capacity and we strongly encourage folks to register early. Registration will not be available on the day of the event. If the registration deadline has passed, and you are interested in attending, please contact Neha at nehas@xello.world and we will try our best to accommodate.
Are there nearby accommodations? Is there a special rate for attendees?

Yes, we will be serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks at the closing reception.
Is there parking available?

What if I can't make it to the event on the day of?

If for whatever reason you cannot attend the event, or no longer wish to attend the event, please contact Neha at nehas@xello.world to make adjustments to your registration.
What do I need to bring?

1Laptop or Tablet: Wi-Fi is available and many sessions are hands-on. We highly recommend you bring a device.

2Charger: With all the tweeting (@xellofuture #futureready) you will be doing, we would hate for you to see that dreaded “low battery” notification.

3Business Cards: You will be meeting tons of new people at our conference, so make sure to have plenty of business cards.

4Your Smile: Showing up with a smile and positive attitude is going to guarantee you have a great time!
Is there a dress code for this event?

The dress code is business casual. As meeting rooms can get chilly, we recommend dressing in layers for your comfort.
