This is a full day event starting at 8:30 AM, and wrapping up at 5:00 PM.
We’ll kick things off with breakfast, introductions, and an energizing keynote address.
Enjoy an exhilarating series of breakout sessions throughout the day, complemented by a hot lunch. Pick the sessions that suit you best, with resources shared afterwards.
Anticipate an enriching array of summit sessions on the power of data, dynamic K-12 implementation strategies, fostering family engagement and workforce readiness, navigating the nuances of college preparedness, and championing diverse pathways to future success.
We’ll conclude with a message from our CEO offering a glimpse into the future of Xello and what Texas education leaders can anticipate, followed by a closing mixer featuring drinks, snacks and prizes.

Do I need Xello access to join the event? How do I get access?

Existing Xello access is required to attend the event.
If you are not a current client and want to learn more, please contact us here.

How many of us should attend?

Typically, a district will send 2-4 attendees
But that really depends on the size of your district, your leadership team, and the scope of your Xello implementation. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs if you are unsure - we are happy to help and look forward to seeing you at the event!

Can I register in person at the event?

The event has limited capacity and we strongly encourage folks to register early. Registration will not be available on the day of the event. If the registration deadline has passed, and you are interested in attending, please contact Neha at nehas@xello.world and we will try our best to accommodate.

Are there nearby accommodations? Is there a special rate for attendees?
