It helps these young people to move into employment and provides the extra support they need to get there.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unlike a traditional classroom-based course, the learning is mainly delivered\u00a0 in the workplace. Students spend most of their time with an employer, developing practical skills, gaining real work experience, and learning what is expected in a working environment.
