Interview Process
In our in-depth interviews, you will meet with a member of our Insights team over video call, usually lasting one (1) hour about a specific topic or experience using Xello.
Testing Process
A more interactive form of research, here a member of our Insights team will ask you to perform several short tasks using Xello, usually lasting one (1) hour about a specific topic or experience using Xello.
Survey Process
You will complete an online questionnaire, requesting your feedback on a specific topic or experience using Xello. Surveys can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to complete.
Workshop Process
Forming groups of other Xello users, brainstorm ideas and solutions for various challenges about a specific topic or experience using Xello. As these sessions are intended for group discussion, they typically require 1.5-3 hours time commitment.
