Melissa brings over 15 years of experience in public education, having served as a High School Principal, CTE Coordinator, and AVID District Director in Texas. She is passionate about empowering educators, fostering future readiness, and creating learning environments that prepare students for success. At Xello, Melissa supports partners across the U.S., with a special focus on Texas, Alabama, South Carolina, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Montana. Outside of work, she enjoys family time on the lake and even competes in fishing tournaments.
